Who can take this course?

If you are passionate about helping people in crisis or you are already a practicing counselor or someone already working in the helping field, this course is for you. With this course, you can counsel people going through a certain crisis in their lives, like depression, divorce, illness, etc. This course is also useful for individuals who wish to help people in times when professional help is not readily available.

Course Info

This course contains 10 modules of a detailed explanation of being a crisis counselor or a helper in time of crisis. This will give you the required knowledge needed to be able to counsel people in crisis in order for them to have their life back. The course contains various short practical exercises and case study assignments. This course will be completed within one month for Full-Time and three months for Part-Time.

CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT (CPD)

In addition to the accredited certificate given by the institution, students will also be awarded CPD certificate. In order to start a private practice as a professional in this field of counseling, candidates are expected to combine this with the Certificate in Counseling course to get a Diploma in Crisis Counseling.
