This is an advanced counseling course for professional counselors and for everyone who has passion for counseling and wishes to take it further to the professional level. On completion of this course, you get a Professional Diploma accredited by Association for Counseling, Psychotherapy and Matchmaking of Nigeria (ACMPN) and you may apply to join the Association as an associate member.

Course Info

Professional Diploma in Counseling is one of the courses with the longest modules in the Institute, due to its peculiarity and the numbers of modules it contains. The course contains 20 modules of detailed explanation on counseling, coaching and mentoring e.t.c. It will help you practice as a coach, mentor and professional counselor. With this diploma, you can practice not only as a private consultant but as a public speaker and mentor. The course contains various short practical exercises and case study assignments. This course will be completed within three (3) months for Full-Time six (6) months for Part-Time and expected to be completed between six to nine months for Online/Distance Learning.

CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT (CPD)

In addition to the accredited professional diploma given by the Institution, students will also be awarded with CPD certificate. This course is made up of the combination of Certificate in Counseling and Advance Certificate in Counseling.
